Service Description
Signature Pilates 1:1 is a personalised Pilates session focused on building strength, body awareness, flexibility and movement quality in a private setting instead of a group class. These sessions follow a structured Pilates repertoire tailored to your movement preferences and goals (e.g., improved core stability, posture support, or enhanced general fitness). It’s ideal for anyone who is injury-free or not currently in a rehabilitation phase and wants focused, individual attention.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy - All classes must be booked in advance. - 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. - Late cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded; class will be deducted from your package if applicable. - Classes booked as part of a package will be deducted from your remaining sessions. - Packages have a validity period, and unused classes/sessions after expiry cannot be refunded. - Walk-ins are welcome at £15, subject to availability. - By booking, you accept that Pilates involves physical activity and acknowledge the associated risks.
