Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

We understand that plans can change, and I want to make the booking process as smooth and supportive as possible for every client.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Please cancel through the booking system or by sending a message, so your space can be offered to someone else.

Credits for Cancelled Sessions

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you won’t lose your session.
      • Single Sessions: The booking will be turned into a session credit, which you can use to book another date.
      • Packages: The session will automatically return to your remaining package balance.

  • Credits must be used by the original client and follow the validity period linked to the original purchase.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, or do not attend, the session will be charged in full.

  • No credits or refunds will be issued for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Refunds

  • Payments for sessions and packages are non-refundable.

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.


By booking any service, you agree to this policy. This allows appointments to run smoothly and ensures fairness for all clients.
