We understand that plans can change, and I want to make the booking process as smooth and supportive as possible for every client.
Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Please cancel through the booking system or by sending a message, so your space can be offered to someone else.

Credits for Cancelled Sessions

If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you won’t lose your session.
• Single Sessions: The booking will be turned into a session credit, which you can use to book another date.
• Packages: The session will automatically return to your remaining package balance. -
Credits must be used by the original client and follow the validity period linked to the original purchase.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, or do not attend, the session will be charged in full.

No credits or refunds will be issued for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Refunds

Payments for sessions and packages are non-refundable.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
