This event explored how mindful movement can support mental and emotional wellbeing. Designed as part of Inside Out Wellbeing’s Mental Health Awareness Week series, the session combined mat Pilates, music, and practical wellbeing insights to help participants ease stress, boost mood, and restore balance from the inside out.
Alongside expert contributions from Dr. Yaa Oheema (Award-Winning Doctor) and Shvonne Will (Psychotherapist & Life Coach), I led a Pilates session focused on connecting body and mind through intentional movement - promoting calm, focus, and mental clarity.
No prior experience was required; just an open mind, a mat, and space to breathe
